I knew Frank since second grade at Wiley School. His family and mine became very close friends. Our Mothers were cub scout den mothers together. We had many good times with Mark Valand, Bart White, Tim Shinbara, Rocky Wilson, and Gordon Wilson in that scout troop. Frank and I remained friends through elementary and Jr. High at Daniels. He was an accomplished trumpet player. I used to spend the night over at his house and always thought it was so cool that he had a TV with a remote control in his bedroom!! I will always remember the fun we had at the Shrine Club for his birthday, the Friday night family night suppers and kids Bingo at the Shrine Club, and the times at his family cottage at Atlantic Beach. We even weathered summer school together at Sanderson High School after 10th grade. Even though we took different paths as we went through High School, Frank was always a friend. Quiet, but always loyal. His mother and father will surely welcome him to heaven.
