I grew up three houses away from John Kennedy and even as toddlers, we were friends, going to each other's birthday parties and playing at each other's houses. He grew into a fine man and was a very talented musician, playing around the world with various jazz bands. How unfortunate that his last days were filled with accusations and inuendos of wrong-doing. I still see his mother from time to time and she never gave up on her precious son. His passing left a hole in the hearts of many.

John and I went to church together from the age of five right on through college. He was a good guy and a nice guy.He was from a wonderful family and I know they miss him, as we all do.
